• Absolutely!

If you can make $100 or $200 a day online, that’s enough dough to live almost anywhere in the world without the need of a freaking 9 to 5 job.

Earning your first $100 or $200 online is also validation to silence your critics who taunt and deride you every day, claiming that you’re a total failure.

Some people enjoy killing other people’s dreams just to get a kick out of it. Others are just jealous, because they fear you may overtake them in life. So they criticize you just to feel good. Others do it for fear.

Well, most of your critics and detractors are silent anyway. What, with the escalating COVID-19 pandemic, the economy is literally on its knees. Most of your detractors are jobless anyway, and are just waiting to see if you will venture into the online world and make some money online. Then they’ll follow you.

Anyway, the economy is slowly opening up after months of lock-down, but most people have to look for new jobs. Heck, people are more afraid of COVID-19 than they are of terrorism.

However, this should be a life-long lesson to everybody, that, we can no longer rely on the brick-and-mortar economic model any more. We need to turn to the internet and quickly adopt from the notorious over-reliance on a 9 to 5 day job.

Making $100 or $200 a day online is not difficult once you get the hang of it. But that’s why you’re here—right?

Definitely, I can’t promise a silver bullet and you may need to learn something new which may take some time, but that shouldn’t worry you if you’re determined to learn.

More importantly, you need to change your mindset.

Unlike in a 9 to 5 job, where your salary at the end of the month is almost guaranteed, making money online is not guaranteed unless you change your mindset.

    Changing Your Mindset.

Perhaps, changing your mindset is the biggest transformation you will have to make if you want to make money online. With the online economy, if you don’t work, you don’t earn.

And the more you work, the more you increase your chances of earning. Are you still here?

    Online Marketing

Sooner or later, you will have to come to terms with this terminology. The entire internet is built on advertising and marketing, and online marketing is just one of the ways to make money online.

If you don’t like marketing, there are other ways to make money online, but I can assure you that online marketing is the easiest compared to those other methods. Some people may have different opinions, but in my experience, those other methods are probably more difficult and require not a small amount of capital.

Don’t worry if you’re scared of online marketing—it’s not rocket science, but neither is it a walk in the park.

You would think that online marketing is just a matter of crafting an Ad and displaying it someplace like on YouTube, Facebook or Google and expect it to work.

No, it’s far more than that. But that’s why you’re here. Everything is about learning—right?

Well, if you don’t like learning, you should just pack and go because this is not for you.

    Build Relationships

Building relationships is the way to make money online. You don’t expect to sell to a total stranger—do you?

Let me ask you a question:

When you meet a girl or a boy for the first time, do you just rush to have sex with them immediately, even if you have fallen in love with them head-over-heels? I don’t think so. When you meet with a person for the first time, you still want to know them better—learn more about them, don’t you? That’s what I would do.

That’s how it is on the internet. People want a bit of time to study you—learn more about you, and establish if you’re a real person or a robot.

Then they’ll study whatever you’re trying to offer. Then they’ll want to try something out before they commit their hard-earned cash. Wouldn’t you do the same? Put yourself in their shoes…

The entire system of online marketing is more effective when you put yourself in other people’ shoes, and the most successful internet marketers are the people who know how to feel what other people are feeling.

    Choosing Your Strategy

This is most important. I can’t emphasize it more…

Neither can I promise that by reading this short guide, you will go out there and start making money right away. In fact, I don’t guarantee it.

However, what I can guarantee is that if you change your mindset, choose the right strategy, follow the simple steps carefully, and don’t give up easily, you will make money in a matter of days if not within 24 hours.

    So, What is a Strategy?

A strategy is simply a plan of action designed to achieve a certain objective, either for the short term or long term. It is a way to approach a problem with a sure-fire way to find a solution. Does this make any sense?

I can assure you that, if you can identify a burning problem somewhere and learn how to solve it, you’re almost sure to make money online.

In our case, it is a way to find a solution to make $100 or $200 a day online.

    Let’s start with $100 a day online.

More importantly, once you discover a formula to make $100 a day, you can easily scale up your income to $200, $300, $500, and even $1,000 per day.

So, what are the strategies to make $100 a day online?

    Freelancing & Working Gigs

You can work as freelancer and blow $100 a day within a short time if you have some hot skills like web design or graphic design, build a nice-looking online profile or website, and pitch your services in an online platform like Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, PeoplePerHour, Guru, 99Designs and a dozen others.

Websites where you can find online gigs and start earning $100 a day are a dime-a-dozen. You can do anything from taking online surveys to writing blog content for other people, to managing social media accounts for other people.

But I can almost guarantee you, that finding online gigs is one thing, but actually getting a contract is quite another, unless you’re really good, have good ratings, and you are well-known by the clients.

The increasing number of online fraud is also worrying. How would you feel breaking your back all day working for someone online on some obscure website only to discover that your “client” has disappeared without paying you. Sounds horrible, but it happens. Such are the risks you must face if you want to venture into the gig economy.

Besides, with these online gigs, you’re still trading your time for money. Your time is the most valuable resource in your life. Use it economically to build something you’ll be proud of in future.

So, I’m not here to recommend some obscure website, like getting paid to do online gigs, take surveys, or getting paid to watch movies, or getting paid as a mystery shopper. In fact I’m here to draw you away from them.

    This is What Works

The entire world economy is driven by demand and supply.

Bearing in mind that 95% of the economy is still offline, the same principles that work in the offline economy also work in the online world.

There are two ways to approach this:

    1. Find an audience that is hungry for something,
    2. Find something that a hungry crowd would consume if they found it.

You don’t have to invent anything. Everything is already there for you to find.

Finding something that works or an audience that needs something requires some research.

Fortunately, research tools are freely available. If you can use Google, then you’re halfway there. And you’re a good candidate for making money online as long as you have the correct mindset and a determination to succeed.

Google is the best research tool on the internet and also the university to learn almost anything under the sun.

All you need is some creativity and SMART work.

Notice you don’t have to manufacture anything. A little research using free online tools will help you move a lot of hay and find whatever you’re looking for.

Your job is to connect the audience with whatever they’re looking for.

    Sounds simple—right?

Well, as simple as it seems, this online model represents an economy worth billions of Dollars per day.

All you need to do is get in somewhere in the supply chain and earn a piece of the pie. A piece of the pie could mean anything—$100 a day, $200 a day, $300 a day, $500 a day, $1,000 a day, or $10,000 a day and so on…

How much you earn will depend on the scale you put up for yourself.

Build an Online Business Model—Not an Online job.

Unless you want to break your back doing other people’s online gigs, you will want to find a viable, online business model.

Don’t worry if you don’t know online marketing or how to write software. This is definitely useful if you know how to do it, but absolutely not necessary.

Whichever way you want to look at it, it would be beneficial to understand how commerce is conducted online:

    1. Sell your own goods or services, or
    2. Sell someone else’s goods or services.

The latter is sometimes called drop shipping, drop servicing or Affiliate Marketing.

In the case of selling your own goods or services, you will have to manufacture the goods or services, but that’s not what we want to discuss.

In the case of selling someone else’s goods or services, this is divided into three categories:

    1. Drop Shipping
    2. Drop Servicing
    3. Affiliate Marketing

Drop shipping is when you buy goods from a third party (also known as drop shipper), and then sell them to your customer. The customer needn’t know the arrangements you have made with your supplier.

Drop servicing is similar to drop shipping except you are trading services from one person to another.

Affiliate Marketing As a Business Model

We shall focus on Affiliate Marketing as a business model, because it is less risky and in this case you don’t have to deal with any inventory. In fact, you can start from nothing.

All you have to do is identify where the demand and supply is. And unlike drop shipping and drop servicing, you don’t have to build your own supply chain.

In it’s simplest form, affiliate marketing is a system whereby, you only need to promote a referral link or affiliate link and, if someone signs-up, buys something, or takes a certain action like filling out an online form, or enters their email address, you get paid a commission.

Affiliate links are provided by one or more of the thousands of affiliate networks and affiliate programs available online. Almost every company in the world has an affiliate program or is listed on an affiliate network.

    How It Works

The commissions vary from one affiliate network to another and from one affiliate program to another.

For example, on ClickBank, which is the largest affiliate network on the planet for information products, commissions range from 40% to 100% per sale.

For example, if in one day you sell just 5 items of a product that pays 75% commission and costs $47 each, you earn:

    5 x $47 x .75 = $176.25 per day

That means you need to find a strategy to sell just 5 items of this product to meet your goal of $100 a day. More accurately, you need to find an audience that’s hungry for this product.

Then you only need to double the quantity to earn $200 a day.

Once you’ve identified a viable product, the next thing is to set up a campaign.

There are two ways to set up a campaign:

    1. Using free traffic
    2. Using paid traffic

Using paid traffic is easy if you have money to spend. Just craft an Ad and post it to your favorite Ad network like YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads or Google Ads. In this respect, using Native or solo Ads is probably more effective.

You will also need to learn some copywriting skills to make this successful.

The free traffic strategy is a little difficult, since you will drive free, organic traffic to your offers.

You can achieve this in a variety of ways:

    1. Blogging
    2. Writing articles on forums
    3. Using social media
    4. Using YouTube
    5. ETC…

You can write articles and then direct the traffic to your blog or directly to your affiliate offers. However, directing traffic directly to your affiliate offers is not advisable—forums and social networks may shut you down. Many forums (including Quora, Reddit, or LiveJournal, etc.), will not allow you to insert affiliate links directly, therefore you should use a bridge page instead.

A bridge page is simply an intermediary page to create a shield between your article network, forum or social network and your affiliate offer. You can Google this is if you need more information.

The better strategy is to direct traffic to your blog or Web 2.0 property.

You should do the same with social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.

It’s Now Easier, Simpler than Ever

Affiliate marketing is not as hard as it used be decades ago. Prior to this day and age, to be successful in affiliate marketing, you had to learn programming, HTML, CSS, PHP, CGI, databases, web design, SEO, online marketing, and a host of other skills and technologies. That’s why affiliate marketing is still considered geeky territory.

That’s not the case anymore. Today, everything is done-for-you. Even the audience and web traffic is already done-for-you.

With modern technology, sophisticated artificial intelligence (AI) tools, availability of advanced Web 2.0 properties, and the evolution of the internet, it is absolutely not necessary to build a website in order to do affiliate marketing.

In fact, with the availability of thousands of Web 2.0 properties, all you need to know is how to type words on a word document and how to use platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok.

Sophisticated software that uses artificial intelligence (AI), can get the web traffic for you, find the customers and even sell for you, and of course, send money to you via PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, BitCoin or by direct deposit to your bank account.

In fact, the competition is not even between humans—it is between technologies. The most robust, versatile and intelligent software wins.

The level of sophistication can get as deep as you want it.

Sounds like a fairy tale? This is how big marketers with big budgets are playing the game.

    In Conclusion

It’s unfair to conclude such a short guide without making some recommendations for further reference.

Of course, you can start from the ground up, and learn everything on your own like I did, but this may take you years to make even a dime online. If you want to take this route I can’t stop you, but you have more than a dozen things to learn. This is the hard way.

The other way is to invest in a system that has already been DONE-FOR-YOU, and even builds the campaigns for you. This is the easy way.

This leaves you with the freedom to run a completely hands-off online business from anywhere on the planet.

However, there’s a caveat to this. Nothing can operate entirely on its own forever. You need to check from to time how your online campaigns are performing and how much money you’ve made, with a to optimize your system.

More importantly, you can earn passive income while you’re sleeping or while away on a vacation. The choice is yours.

The big advantage of running an online business is that you can work from anywhere in the world as long as you have a computer or laptop and an internet connection.

Heck, you can even run an online business anonymously.

Some people can run an online business completely incognito from an obscure location where no one will ask questions — either from a tropical island like the Caribbeans or Seychelles, or a remote village in Thailand.
